IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For in-store purchases, merchandise must be returned within 30-days of purchase. 50% off items are exchange only. Purchases made from November 4 to December 31, 2020 are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange until January 31, 2021.
Merchandise must be received in its original, sale-able condition (unworn, unaltered, has not been sized) and be accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that we do not process exchanges on December 26 due to the volume of sales in our stores.
ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please call 1-866-78-PARIS, fill out our contact form, or message us via our online chat before returning items to receive the address of our return facility. Returns will not be processed for any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages and will be returned to sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Returns must include all original packaging including Diamond Certificates, Care Plans, Guarantees and any Gift With Purchase items if applicable. The original shipping charge is non-refundable and the customer must pay return shipping. Items with a value of $75 or more must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
In the event of an exchange, your original order must be returned, received and validated at our office prior to your replacement order being shipped.
Please ensure to properly address your package. For security purposes, do not write Paris Jewellers anywhere on the outside your package.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card. If the amount of your Gift Card does not cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment. If the amount of your Gift Card is for more than the total order amount, the remaining amount will be stored on your Gift Card balance for future use. Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law. We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards; however, items paid for with a Gift Card will be charged applicable sales tax.
